This was a really sweet book. But be warned there is insta-love here. But I actually fell in love with this book so I was not to bothered. The story and the characters were amazing. I really loved Logan. I get all hot over a lovely southern character. And he was just all Mr. Possessive over Nick and I loved that. There is a bit of drama, but I expected the ending. Well sort of, how things worked out pretty much added up in my head. I hated Cameron and Brittney from the beginning. I knew they were [...]

These boys--Logan and Nick--smoking hot--loveable--sweet--talented--wanted to wrap them up and take them home; right after I sit at Reno Macleod and Jaye Valentine's feet and beg them to tel me where they have been hiding this little gem, SING!. Honestly--these authors/partners really need to write together more often--please?So as the blurb so adequately covered, Logan and Nick meet and fall instanty head over heels for one another. The old conundrum of one boy being out and proud, Nick, versus [...]

I'm missed books from the MacLeod/Valentine boys and this new book is awesome. Rockstars, competitions, catty bitches, drama, hot sex, and a whole lot of love. Reno told me it was a little more romantic than they usually write and he was right, but I loved it. Logan and Nick were both strong but vulnerable characters and the whole competition idea was brilliant. I fell for both the boys and the secondary characters were very well-written, including a very strong female presence (Hey, Amber!) Gre [...]

This is a lightweight MM rockstar romance, based around an "American Idol" type reality show. The characters were stereotypes and the storyline was like a soap opera - high on drama and low on reality. I feel like there was a missed opportunity hereis story should have been more tongue-in-cheek.en I would have taken it more seriously.

The first half definitely had a little eye-rolling from me because of the insta-love between Nick and Logan, but I couldn't help but enjoy the ridiculous soap opera that followed. In fact, I (shamefully) think shows like AI would be a whole lot more interesting if they aired some of the more scandalous footage from behind-the-scenes like they did here. The cattiness and jealousy of the other contestants wasn't too surprising considering the reality-tv atmosphere, but alas it's highly unlikely we [...]

2.5 stars really. A little better than just ok but I probably won't read it again. I've read fanfiction based on similar singing competitions that has been far superior to this so I've been spoiled. The writing wasn't bad but the pacing was off the whole way through the book and that didn't give the authors enough time to fully flesh out the characters and make them more than cliches. This would have worked beautifully as a novel.

Liked it didn't love it. Way too much of the insta-love for me. But I loved the reality show plot. But it was too . shallow I guess. I would have liked more of an in depth detailing of the inside goings on of the making of the show and the performing in the show then we got. Also, it seems as if the plot was ended abruptly. However it was cute enough and a pleasant way to spend a windy afternoon.

It was OK but that's all. I think I may be a bit old for this one and past my pop idol watching. It felt a bit formulaic to me and I wasn't surprised. There was also no build up in the relationship and I think I like that more.

Now I have to admit that singing reality show are my dirty pleasure. I really enjoyed this and I felt the tension of the competition in the writing. Logan and Nick are so good and they do deserve each other even if Logan was Quick to blame Nick for something without letting Nick explain. I am glad that the villain paid the price for their dastardly and dangerous deeds. Both Logan and Nick were "roofied" to set up their argument and get them Kicked off the show.
