    I enjoyed this (3,5) at times difficult, read. I realise what a wide spectrum of experts and scholars are out there representing different religions and beliefs and really how very ignorant I am. The interviews I enjoyed most were those with Don Cupitt (Cambridge priest & philosopher), father-son Lewis and Matthew Wolpert (of diametrically opposed beliefs)and the Muslim perspective of Shelina Janmohamed.     A good book to read in small chunks over time as the "conversations" of the title are somewhat repetitive. They are, in fact, interviews with a number of "religious" leaders (including atheists who disdain the title) in Great Britain conducted by Mick Gordon, a theatre director who specializes in thematic work based on such interviews.I found the majority of these conversations to be enlightening, whether they were with Christian, Jewish or Moslem leaders.
