    A very handy guide overall to the various types of social media outlets out there. The book concentrates on the largest ones, such as Facebook, Twitter, Myspace and YouTube, but also goes over several lesser-known social media sites. It goes over the advantages and disadvantages of each, and how to best utilize them.     There really wasn't all that much in here that most people who use social media are unaware of. There was, however, a decent mention of the importance of developing a plan, budget, evaluation and continuing modification / studies on your efforts to use social media. I was hoping there would be something in here that I could use in my job search, but there really wasn't much that was applicable. On the upside, this got me thinking about evaluation design again, so that was a good thing.
